2-year warranty

Every Sleeping Bunny pillow is covered by a 2-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship — on top of your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which always apply.

What's covered

Defects in materials or workmanship — splitting, crumbling, or loss of shape beyond normal wear.
Cover runs for 2 years from the day your pillow is delivered.

What's not covered

Damage from machine-washing or tumble-drying the latex core.
Stains, burns, or accidental damage.
The gentle, gradual softening every pillow material experiences over time.

How to make a claim

Email hello@sleepingbunny.com.au with your order number and a couple of photos of the issue.
If the pillow is defective, we'll replace it or refund it.
For a major failure under the Australian Consumer Law, the choice of remedy is yours.
