Who we are

Sleeping Bunny is an Australian online retailer of 100% natural latex sleep products, operating at sleepingbunny.com.au. Contact: hello@sleepingbunny.com.au.

Orders

• ·Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we email an order confirmation.
• ·We may decline or cancel an order — for example, suspected fraud, a stock error, or an address we cannot deliver to. If we cancel, you receive a full and immediate refund.
• ·Please check your delivery address carefully. If an order is returned to us because the address provided was wrong, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.

Pricing and payment

• ·All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
• ·Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Instalment options such as Klarna and Zip are available where shown at checkout.
• ·Prices can change at any time, but the price you pay is the price shown when you placed your order.
• ·If a price is displayed in obvious error (for example, $9 instead of $99), we may cancel the order and refund you in full before dispatch.

Delivery

• ·Delivery is free Australia-wide, tracked, and typically arrives within 2–4 business days of dispatch.
• ·Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees — carriers occasionally run late, especially to regional areas.
• ·Risk in the products passes to you on delivery to your address.

100-night trial

• ·Every pillow comes with a 100-night trial starting on the day of delivery.
• ·If the pillow is not right for you, contact us within the 100 nights and we will arrange a free return and refund the full purchase price to your original payment method.
• ·The trial covers one of each product type per customer or household — it is for finding your right pillow, not for cycling through stock.
• ·Use the pillow with a pillowcase during the trial. Returned pillows are never resold.

2-year warranty

• ·Every pillow is covered by a 2-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, from the date of delivery.
• ·The warranty covers things like splitting, crumbling, or loss of shape beyond normal wear. It does not cover damage from misuse, machine-washing the latex core, stains, or normal gradual softening.
• ·To claim, email us with your order details and photos. If the product is defective we will replace it or refund you — your choice where the Australian Consumer Law gives you that choice.
• ·This warranty is in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.

Website content

• ·Product photos and dimensions are accurate to the best of our knowledge; minor variation is normal for a moulded natural material.
• ·All content on this site — text, photography, the Sleeping Bunny name and logo — belongs to us. Don't reproduce it commercially without permission.
• ·We try to keep the site available and error-free but don't guarantee uninterrupted access.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, and except for your Australian Consumer Law rights (which always apply), our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and the courts of that state have jurisdiction over any dispute.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
