A pillow is personal — you can't know it's right until you've slept on it. That's the whole point of the 100-night trial: take your time, and if it isn't right, the return is free and the refund is full. Here's exactly how it works.

The 100-night trial, step by step

  • 1. Your trial starts the day your pillow is delivered.
  • 2. Sleep on it properly — give your body a couple of weeks to adjust. Most people know within a month.
  • 3. Not right? Email hello@sleepingbunny.com.au with your order number any time within the 100 nights.
  • 4. We arrange and pay for courier collection — you don't pay return shipping, and there's nothing to print.
  • 5. Once the pillow is collected, your refund is processed to your original payment method within 5 business days. (The 100 nights is your time to decide — the 5 days is just how fast the money comes back after collection.) Banks can take a few extra days to show it.

Trial conditions

  • The trial applies to pillows bought directly from sleepingbunny.com.au.
  • One trial return per product type per customer or household — it exists so you can find your pillow, not rotate through the range.
  • Please use a pillowcase during the trial, as you normally would.
  • Hygiene matters: returned pillows are never resold or restocked.

2-year warranty claims

  • Every pillow carries a 2-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship — splitting, crumbling, or collapse beyond normal wear.
  • Not covered: damage from machine-washing the latex core, stains, burns, or the normal gradual softening every pillow material experiences.
  • To claim: email hello@sleepingbunny.com.au with your order number and a couple of photos of the issue.
  • If the product is defective, we will replace it or refund it. Where the failure is major under the Australian Consumer Law, the choice of remedy is yours.

Faulty on arrival

If your order arrives damaged or wrong — wrong product, wrong size, damaged in transit — email us within 14 days with a photo and we will send the correct item or a full refund immediately, your choice. You don't need to use your trial for this.

Your Australian Consumer Law rights

Everything on this page is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded: you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to repair or replacement if goods fail to be of acceptable quality.
